Hello Everyone!

We are gearing up for a great September at KaMu, look for some reviews and new articles around town about us. We have been doing quite a few parties lately and are trying to give our groups a unique and value orientated experience. We can handle about 30 seated and about 70-80 standing, so consider KaMu for all your gathering needs.

September will also see some subtle changes to the menu and wine list as we gear up for Autumn...I'm seeing cassoulet in the future...KaMu style! And we will be resuming our now quasi famous "Wine Week Festivals" in mid September.

It's August!!

Just a quick note about the up coming wine "weeks" we will be having...

August 4th (sorry not tonight as we are booked) through August 15th Domaine Felines Jourdan

August 17th- 22nd Domaine Perrin et Fils

August 24th - 29th Domaine Cassan

No reservations needed, however are encouraged.... Menus posted soon.

On a side note, I'm currently a little behind on menus, but should have a new expanded (again!) wine list by the end of this week. We have also changed the format of our lunches to make them faster and more economically enticing (cheaper) ...So come on...Do you KaMu in the afternoons too?

KaMu has decided that a nice glass of wine with a paired meal in an air conditioned restaurant is the best way to escape the summer heat!

So I ask you again.....Do you KaMu?

Starting August 3rd we will have a nightly "Wine and Food Pairing Set" ( I need a snazzier title then this!) You get 4 glasses of premier Southern French wines by makers such as Felines Jourdan, Domaine Perrin, Hecht & Bannier and Cassan this month. These are paired with a special dish for each course, much in the style I did at Tokyo American Club over the years....

However unlike TAC, these are offered as a set for 8,000 yen! So that is 4 glasses + 4 meals = 8,000 yen. Can't beat it!

New Development...

Sorry kids, No Pool Party!!
The contract with hotel didn't meet our needs and the needs of our guests....so we bailed out.

But, There is still an opportunity on September 19, more details soon...

And at the homefront...
KaMu has some great new menus items (at least we are told) and some great deals on obscure Italian wines (to make room for more French and Tunisian) Give us a call if you are interested in booking a reservation, gathering or after party....we would love to see you!
