News from KaMu

Hello..

Just wanted to talk quickly about KaMu

We are open and seeing increasing numbers everyday, people seem to be enjoying to cuisine the decor and the music (Thanks Dr.!!)
There will be some articles, reviews and a little blurb on Hot Pepper in the coming weeks, stay tuned.

Though now Im trying to remember to update two blogs, I'm also finding time to develop new recipes with Ben for the next menu in July. I really think we are enjoying the journey of discovering this cuisine and has been a blast working with new ingredient (Fig Liquor is not for the faint of heart!)

We will be publishing more things as they come up, and try to get some nihongo on here too..

Finally I want to thank Francine Flora for her efforts on this blog, design and pretty much everything visual you see from KaMu, I cannot fathom how difficult it must be explaining to us how to do such basic computer stuff.....but she always does and it always works...
All the pudding you want....

People have also asked about the photos in the restaurant and on the header... these are done by my friend Bashar Al Ba'noon from Kuwait, he is an amazing photographer and I encourage everyone to fall in love with his work (and him!) just as I have... he can be found at
www.radiantguy.com   Im trying now to get some of his work shown in a few galleries around Tokyo.

Thats all for now. Come check out KaMu with some fun pied noir cuisine and great wines from Jeroboam (www.jeroboam.co.jp) and The Vine (www.thevineltd.com)

Ciao...
K
